The main topic: "everything is flowing"
The apartement buildings are located between the river and the city,
between the pulsating life of the Katharinenstraße at the forecourt of
the library and the calm at the Mühlgraben.
The objective was to rearrange this
inner city area - a separation between the parking areas and the
pedestrians, place for children, a foot and cycle
path along the Mühlgraben and the overcoming of the difference in height of 2.27 m without steps.
